If you want to delete your Fisch Values account and all associated data, you can do it in two ways:
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Fisch Values app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to andresfelipeguzmanaleans@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (display name, email, avatar)
- Your trade listings and offers
- Your chat messages and direct messages
- Your reviews
- Your inventory and wishlist
Data Retention
All personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymized, aggregated data (such as total trade counts) may be retained as it cannot be linked back to your account.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
